Santa Ponça, Spain

It seems weird to think that only 3 weeks ago two of my friends and I had finally got round to booking our summer holiday away and the time had finally come for us to jet off. Although I had never experienced Mallorca before, a number of my friends had and had praised it for its sun, sea and affordability. Albeit only a short holiday, the experience was amazing and I was even lucky enough to celebrate my birthday in the sun. The views, food and culture were just what I needed to escape reality for a week.

The pictures don’t do the place justice, but Santa Ponça was filled with amazing views, with white sandy beaches, as well as crystal clear waters. The holiday comprised of exploring the old and new towns, boat trips to the caves, playing on a pedalo boat with a slide and relaxing by the pool. Along with all the Spanish delicacies, this was definitely a trip to remember (I’ll try and forget the hangovers though).

After 5 days of holiday blues, I finally feel recovered and think it’s time to start planning my next adventure – any suggestions?
